*Your Good Faith Estimate is $140 per session multiplied by the number of sessions that you schedule.
Example: If you schedule 12 sessions in one year, it will cost $140 x 12 = $1,680 for that year for private pay.
If you are using insurance, then your GFE will depend on your co-pay or co-insurance amount, your deductible, and your Out-Of-Pocket expenses.
There are no hidden or additional fees for sessions attended.
There may be costs associated with additional services requested outside of session, such as copying records or completing paperwork. These are explained in the New Client packet that you are given at intake. However, if there are any additional services requested, the specific fees for those services will be discussed with you ahead of time.
